Your Ceremony, Your Way
As an independent celebrant, I can help you create a wedding ceremony that's free from the constraints of a traditional religious or civil service. We can hold your ceremony anywhere, from a stunning manor house to your favourite pub or even your own garden.
Together, we'll design a ceremony that includes the elements most important to you—whether that's involving family members, including your pets, incorporating cultural traditions, or creating something completely new.
From traditional to relaxed, classic to festival-themed, I'll help you create the perfect atmosphere for your special day.
Wedding Ceremony Package
I offer three different wedding packages to suit your needs.
The Essentials package: £450
This package is for couples wanting something short and sweet. The ceremony is a pre written script which we edit with your personal info. Ideal if you don't want a longer, fully personalised and bespoke ceremony.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is taken on booking.
Here's what's included:
- Initial video consultation: a discovery call to meet each other and talk though the ceremony details.
- Pre-designed ceremony with light personalisation: I run through the script and we make light adjustments such as names and places. Vows are standard or written by you.
- One reading: The ceremony includes one reading.
- Officiating on the day: I arrive an hour before the ceremony and the ceremony is 15 minutes long.
- Travel within local area: up to 5 miles from Letchworth, Herts.
The Personalised package: £600
This package is for couples who want a bit more support and a ceremony that is personalised to them.
A non-refundable deposit of £200 is taken on booking.
Here's what's included:
- Initial face to face or video consultation: a discovery call to meet each other and talk though the ceremony details.
- Fully customised ceremony script: I write a ceremony just for you; your story as a couple.
- Support to write vows: I will support you to write your own vows.
- Unlimited edits: The script can be edited as many times as needed.
- Two readings: The ceremony includes up to two readings which I can help you choose.
- Officiating on the day: I will lead the ceremony part of your day and liaise with other suppliers such as photographer and wedding planner. The ceremony is up to 25 mins long.
- Travel within extended area: up to 10 miles from Letchworth, Herts
The Signature package: £900
This package is for couples who want the ultimate personalised support experience and a ceremony which wows your guests.
A non-refundable deposit of £300 is taken on booking.
Here's what's included:
- Initial face to face or video consultation and follow up: a discovery call to meet each other and talk though the ceremony details. A second meeting planned to follow up.
- Fully customised ceremony script: I write a ceremony just for you; your story as a couple, your hopes and dreams and your promises.
- Support to write vows: I will support you to write your own vows or I will meet you individually and write these for you. You will receive personalised printed vow cards.
- Unlimited edits: The script can be edited as many times as needed.
- Two readings: You can have up to two readings and I will support guests to select readings as needed.
- One ritual: You can choose a bespoke ritual to include in your ceremony, for example, handfasting, sand ceremony or candle lighting
- Officiating on the day: I will lead the ceremony part of your day and liaise with other suppliers such as photographer and wedding planner. The ceremony is up to 45 mins long.
- Full coordination with your venue: I will liaise with the venue to ensure the set up of the ceremony is perfect. I also visit the venue beforehand.
- Rehearsal: One rehearsal before your day to check your entrance, exit, where readers should stand and ritual run through (note: this is not a full ceremony read through).
- Travel within extended area: up to 20 miles from Letchworth, Herts (extra charge for venues over 20 miles)
- A beautifully presented copy of your ceremony script: printed for you to remember your special day.

Step 1: Getting to Know You
Once you contact me, we'll arrange an initial discovery call to talk through your plans and ideas. I'll share a bit about my approach, and we can decide together if we're a good match.

Step 2: Planning Your Ceremony
After our initial consultation, I'll send you my comprehensive ceremony planning guide and questionnaire. We'll then arrange a second meeting (ideally in person) where I can learn more about your story, preferences, and vision.

Step 3: Creating Your Ceremony
Using everything I've learned about you, I'll write a completely bespoke ceremony script. You'll have the opportunity to review and request changes until it's exactly right.

Step 4: Your Wedding Day
On the day itself, I'll arrive early to coordinate with your venue and other suppliers. I'll deliver your ceremony with warmth and professionalism, ensuring everything runs smoothly so you can focus on enjoying your special day.

Step 5: Your Keepsake
After your ceremony, I'll provide you with a beautifully presented copy of your ceremony script as a memento of your day.

This separation actually gives you more freedom—you can hold your meaningful, personalised celebration anywhere and at any time, without the restrictions that come with a legal ceremony.
